No referral is needed. You can contact me directly to book a session. If you would like to access Medicare rebates, you’ll need a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) from your GP.
Our first session is an opportunity to explore what brings you to therapy, your goals, and how I can support you. I’ll ask some background questions and we’ll work together to form a plan tailored to your needs.
Yes. If you have a valid Mental Health Care Plan, you may be eligible for a rebate on up to 10 sessions per calendar year. Full payment is required at the time of the session, and I can assist with your rebate claim.
Standard individual sessions are $185 for 50 minutes. Fees are reviewed annually. Please contact me to discuss options if you’re facing financial hardship.

This depends on your goals and current circumstances. Most clients start with weekly or fortnightly sessions, then move to less frequent check-ins as needed.
Yes. You are in control of your therapy journey. You can pause, stop, or resume therapy at any time. I’ll always support your decision and help with any transition or closure process.
To respect both your time and mine, 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. ∙Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a 50% cancellation fee ($92.50) ∙No-shows or same-day cancellations may be charged the full session fee ($185) Exceptions can be made in cases of emergency or unforeseen circumstances.
